1. Acceptance

By accessing siliconfit.com or a Siliconfit service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.

3. Permitted Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Circumvent rate limits, security, authentication, or access controls.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Siliconfit and its licensors retain rights in the websites, services, materials, and technology they provide. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the applicable project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in that period. Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded where the law allows.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
